Registration

The National Leadership Conference has a new focus and a new format.  We no longer have delegates or other voting member requirements. The program is open to all O∆K members. In a review of many similar conferences and conventions, we learned our pricing needed to match current standards and be based on when someone registers not their membership type. For this reason, the conference rates are set for Early Bird, Regular, and Late registration periods as outlined below.  We also are only providing on-campus housing in apartment-style housing with two bedrooms per apartment. All housing is based on a 3-day minimum. A fourth day can be added at an extra cost.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The following cancellation fees apply to all conference registrations.
To submit cancellations to O∆K headquarters via email, contact our business office at finance@odk.org.
50% refund – Cancellation prior to May 7, 2020***
No Refund – 
Cancellation on or after May 7, 2020***
*** Registrations may be transferred to another individual until May 16. After May 16, registrations may not be refunded or transferred.
