Registration and Fees

When is the registration deadline?
We will accept registrations until May 7, 2020. If you are unable to register by May 7, please contact us. We’ll do our best to make arrangements for every member who wishes to attend the convention.

Who is eligible to attend the conference?
Anyone who is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa is eligible to attend. We encourage new members, student officers, advisors, and post-collegiate members to join us in a celebration of leadership. Evaluations from past years reveal that the best conference experience is one where two to four members from a circle attend together. The shared experience of learning from leadership experts and peers strengthens individuals and circles.

What is the conference registration fee?
Registration fees can be found on the registration page. All fees must be paid in advance of the conference.

What does the registration fee include?
For 2020, there are separate registration and housing fees. The registration fee covers conference materials, social events, all meals (except Friday night), and transportation for the special events during the conference. The Housing Fee is separate and includes a minimum three-night stay in apartment-style housing with linens included. Double and single apartments are available. There will be an additional charge for single rooms.

How much should I budget for the conference?
The answer to that question depends on many factors like the type of travel, extra travel days, and personal spending. To help, O∆K has created a basic budget planner found here.

What is the refund policy?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The following cancellation fees apply to all convention registrations.
50% refund – Cancellation prior to May 7, 2020*
No Refund –
Cancellation on or after May 7, 2020*
* Registrations may be transferred to another individual until May 16. After May 16, registrations may not be refunded or transferred. If a participant does not show up for the conference and does not cancel in writing, the full registration fee will be charged. To submit cancellations to O∆K National Headquarters via email, contact Mary Burner at mary@odk.org.
